Browse through our available properties to find one that meets your needs and your budget. HER Property Management is proud to offer a wide variety of homes and apartments for rent in communities all over Wayne, Holmes, Ashland and surrounding counties of Ohio. Search by price point, number of bedrooms, pet policy, or many other features. 

 We strive to be good neighbors in the communities where we manage properties. Every application is carefully screened to identify residents who meet our standards. We look for applicants who can demonstrate a history of financial responsibility and good tenant behavior. Before you apply, please review the qualifications. 

Complete the online application and submit all required supporting documents. All documents can be emailed to TK4Rentals@gmail.com

Each applicant over the age of 18 must provide copy of government issued identification. 

As well their 3 most recent, consecutive pay stubs.

Application fee is $35.00 per applicant of age 18 or older.

Application fee is out sourced to a third party company and is non-refundable. 

Applications to be processed must have all supporting documents:  copy of ID, proof of income, signed affidavit form and pet application.  

Once your application has been approved, we will be able to schedule a tour of your property of interest. An approved application is one that have met all of the rental criteria and the background check completed, reviewed, and accepted by management.  After the tour, you will have 48 hours to hold the property with  a security deposit. 

After you have reserved your desired property with a security deposit, it is time to get busy planning your move!  We will provide you a detailed Welcome Packet that will help make your move as smooth as possible.
